Poppe + Potthoff Sells Shares in Walter Henrich GmbH

Sale follows strategic orientation and opens up new perspectives for both sides
The Poppe + Potthoff Group (P+P) and Walter Henrich GmbH have ended their partnership. Since 2021, the company based in Daaden has been part of the group headquartered in Werther, East Westphalia. With the notarized certification dated September 25, 2025, the shares held by P+P in Walter Henrich as well as in its subsidiary Maschinen- und Behälterbau GmbH (MABE) were transferred to the buyers. The resolution takes effect retroactively as of January 1, 2025. The decision is based on P+P’s three-pronged strategic orientation and establishes the foundation for both companies to independently pursue their strategic goals and to further develop their respective strengths.

Both companies will continue to cooperate in the future. The transition is actively supported by the management of both sides to ensure a seamless process.
