High Pressure Regulation Unit (HPRU)
Our P+P High Pressure Regulation Unit (HPRU) can be used in all stationary and mobile H₂ supply systems. Specifically developed for mobile applications in fuel cells and hydrogen combustion engines, it can also be used in many other applications—such as electrolyzers or hydrogen purification systems—thanks to its flexibility and application-specific adaptability. It ensures particularly stable pressure conditions.

Technical Data and Specifications
The High Pressure Regulation Unit (HPRU) features a low-weight inline design, enabling the integration of various sensor configurations for precise control of media flow. This allows direct electronic regulation of system parameters, ensuring optimal performance in demanding hydrogen applications.
- Adjustable Outlet Pressure: 9–16 bar
- Control Accuracy: ≥ 95%
- Mass Flow Rate per Valve: 8 g/s
- Scalability: Parallel valve operation possible for increased throughput
Thanks to its certified metallic compression head connection, the unit supports reliable reassembly and long-term serviceability.
In addition, the targeted variation of line dimensions allows the system to be adapted to specific application requirements and spatial constraints, ensuring maximum flexibility across a wide range of hydrogen systems.
