Serial Production Autofrettage for Common Rails

The fatigue strength of common rails can be increased in serial production with these systems. The desired parameters are entered on the PC. Autofrettage starts automatically after inserting the rails. Several sealing points are provided radially and axially.

Automatically stabilizing

The housing consists of a low-vibration steel plate construction. The electrical cabinet, media supply and hydraulics are located behind the device. The bottom is designed as drain pan and rests on base feet for transport using forklifts.
