In this way, the products can stand up to the toughest every-day demands: They are completely backlash, wear, and maintenance-free and are very long-life. To accommodate constantly expanding product requirements R+W introduced the manufacturing and production system called “KAIZEN” (Japanese for “change for the better”) in 2006. Through this, all production procedures were made more efficient. This not only improved the quality of the finished products, but also boosted the company’s speed and efficiency in delivering individual orders. This specialized production system enables 24-hour delivery service at R+W – in many cases, the company can produce and deliver on the same day an order is placed. This guarantees the fastest-possible response to client needs and requests for estimates.
