Trio for success
Wörth/Werther (Germany), October 20 2020
P+P subsidiary R+W relies on experience from its own ranks in the new management
With Maximilian Crößmann, Frank Kronmüller and Holger Vogt, three long-standing R+W managers now form the executive board of the specialist for precision and industrial couplings. At the new company headquarters in Wörth am Main, the course for the future is thus set for innovation and success.
Maximilian Crößmann is responsible for the areas of finance, IT and personnel. For the 35-year-old with an international MBA education, the focus is on clear processes as well as the know-how and commitment of the employees – the basis for a controlled expansion course and further strengthening as an attractive employer.
Frank Kronmüller has been in charge of sales, marketing and international expansion at R+W for 22 years. In his new position, the 53-year-old will focus increasingly on digitalization and automation in sales and marketing in order to intensify the personal dialog with customers using a growing number of channels.
Holger Vogt has been with R+W since the end of 2017, managing the new company headquarters building and bringing together three locations. The 51-year-old engineer now manages the production, logistics and purchasing departments. To serve customers better, faster and more efficiently, he relies on lean, data-based process structures.
