R+W moves into new headquarters

The Poppe + Potthoff subsidiary R+W continues to grow with precision and industrial couplings – now a new building has been completed in Wörth am Main

R+W Antriebselemente GmbH adhered to the tight schedule: Only one year elapsed between the submission of the building application in October 2018, the start of construction work in January and the move into the new building in mid-October 2019.

“We urgently needed space to continue our growth,” says Holger Vogt, Senior Vice President Operations at R+W. “We owe this quick move to our new headquarters to the excellent cooperation between all parties involved.”

In close coordination with the parent company P+P, more than 8 million euros were invested. The new building now offers around 1,000 sqm of office space and 2,500 sqm for production. The property itself is 7,000 sqm large.

Around 120 of R+W’s 250 employees worldwide now work in Wörth, not far from the former location in Klingenberg. A big inauguration party is planned for autumn 2020. Because then R+W will celebrate its 30th anniversary – with a lot of potential for growth also in the future.
