| Pressure booster Poppe + Potthoff Maschinenbau delivers ready-to-install pressure boosters up to 14,000 bar. In the pressure booster, the surface A1 is charged with the primary pressure p1. The power thus created is used on the smaller surface A2 with a secondary pressure p2 (corresponding to surface ratio). Pressure boosters are utilized to attain very high pressure with limited resources. At the same time, they serve as media converters, as primary and secondary media remain separated. Advantages:
