| Serial production autofrettage The PPHD system enables autofrettage for diesel engine fuel injection systems in lengths up to 1,200 mm and an autofrettage pressure of 11,000 bar. Loading and unloading takes place manually. A maximum of eight radial seals and two axial seals are included. The desired autofrettage parameters can be entered via computer. The system operates automatically. After the rails are inserted, the operator only has to press the start button. The autofrettage can be halted at any time simply by pressing the stop button. The case consists of a stable, low-vibration steel plate construction in a welded design. The welded construction rests on base feet, allowing the necessary ground clearance for transport using forklifts. The openings are sealed using doors and metal plates. These plates can be easily removed from the outside. The bottom of the case functions as a drain pan. The media supply, hydraulic supply and electrical control panel is located behind the case.
